•             Meets weekly to provide support and reinforce techniques that help participants succeed on a plan to quit.

•             Helps identify vaping and tobacco-use triggers and combat withdrawal symptoms.

•             Includes a manual created by the American Lung Association.

•             Provides FREE Nicotine Patches to qualified participants upon request.

 

PARTICIPANT REQUIREMENTS AND EXPECTATIONS:

•             Have access to a dependable Internet connection, a webcam, and ideally, a printer.

•             Begin tapering your vaping and tobacco use prior to the first day of class and plan to quit using between the 3rd and 5th week of class.

•             Keep your camera on during each class.

•             Attend all six sessions and complete the weekly homework to ensure success.
