Participants of this event will be able to:

  • Recognize common and often-missed signs and symptoms of mental health challenges.
  • Identify and share local and national resources, support networks, and points of contact that can be accessed when facing a mental health challenge.
  • Engage in open, vulnerable, and transparent conversations in a safe environment.
  • Share experiences, strategies, and insights that can help strengthen collective understanding and compassion.

 

Experts in mental health will be on-hand to provide resources and support.
