These health screenings are for adults ages 20-79 who have NOT had a heart attack or stroke. They include:

  • Blood Pressure
  • Non-fasting test for glucose, total cholesterol and HDL
  • Weight and Body Mass index (BMI)
  • Advice on how to be healthy and live longer!

 

Appointments strongly recommended.
Walk-ins will be accepted, pending staff availability.
