  • We focus on behavior and relaxation techniques to help you quit.
  • We help you spot your triggers and deal with your withdrawal symptoms.
  • We use a workbook with proven methods that work!
  • You can qualify for up to 4 weeks of FREE nicotine replacement patches.
  • You should start to cut back your use before the first class, and plan to quit using between the 3rd and 5th week of class.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

  • This is a virtual, Zoom-based program.
  • You MUST have a reliable internet connection and webcam to participate.
  • You’ll need to have your webcam on during each class.
  • After you sign up, we’ll email you the Zoom link and workbook at least 2 days before the first class.
