NETWORKING EVENT - Equal Pay, Equal Futures: Achieving Pay Equity in Chester County

Along with our friends at the Chester County Economic Development Council, we are hosting a breakfast education and networking event on April 16th, and we'd love your help spreading the word with your network!

Equal Pay, Equal Futures: Achieving Pay Equity in Chester County

When: April 16th | 8:30 – 10:00 AM

Where: Conference Center at Penn State Great Valley

The morning will include a practical training on low/no-cost fair pay practices that employers can implement to help us close the wage gap here in Chester County, plus a panel discussion of experts featuring The Fund for Women and Girls, the Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU), Citadel, Brandywine Valley Heating and Air Conditioning, and State Rep. Melissa Shusterman - who has authored and will be sharing more about Equal Pay legislation here in Pennsylvania.
