I hereby give United Way of Southern Chester County permission to use my likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photos”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration. I understand and agree that all photos will become the property of United Way of Southern Chester County and will not be returned. I acknowledge that since my participation with United Way of Southern Chester County is voluntary, I will receive no financial compensation. I hereby irrevocably authorize United Way of Southern Chester County to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute this photo for any lawful purpose. In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right, title or interest in such photographs, motion pictures, news releases, publications or stories. In signing this release I am attesting that I am not party to any legal action that could jeopardize United Way of Southern Chester County’s purpose, objective and work, and that all information I have stated, to my knowledge, is true and accurate.
